WordPress built by a developer, not assembled from plugins
A WordPress site that needs thirty plugins usually gets slower, breaks on updates and becomes a security risk. I write custom code where it earns its place and keep the rest simple, so the site stays fast and you are not locked into a stack of paid add-ons.
I work with what you already have. If your site uses Elementor, I will not make you rebuild it. If we are starting fresh, I usually prefer Gutenberg blocks or ACF because they are lighter and easier to maintain.
Custom WordPress plugin development
When an off-the-shelf plugin does not fit, a small custom plugin is often cheaper over time than bending one to your needs. I built a custom Breadstack Connect plugin to sync a store catalogue, and a catalogue search plugin that reads a supplier CSV and links items to store products. Yes, I work with Elementor when a site already uses it. For new builds I usually suggest Gutenberg or ACF because they are lighter.
